The trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana’s much anticipated film ‘An Action Hero’ was released couple days back and it has managed to intrigue the audience. The film will star Ayushmann in a never seen before avatar. He’ll be playing an action star who gets involved in some real life situations which resemble his movies. The film also stars brilliant actor Jaideep Ahlawat as a parallel lead and in a recent interview, Ayushmann was asked whether he feels insecure while sharing screen with such actors.
The actor replied, “It’s been happening since my first film. In every film of mine, the cast has to be really good. It’s also important that there should be ‘Batman’ with ‘Joker’ only then it balances it out. The bigger the villain, the bigger is the hero and in this film you won’t even realise who’s the hero and who’s the villain. It’s always a team effort and collaboration, not just between actors but even the technicians and everyone on the film.”
Talking about Jaideep, Ayushmann said, “Having said that, I’m a huge fan of Jaideep Ahlawat. Ever since I saw ‘Paatal Lok’, I was just dying to work with him. So, it’s been a great experience.” On the other hand, Jaideep has stated that although his character might appear as a villain, he never saw it like that. He said, “I hear a script and if it touches me I do the film. As a character, I never thought of him as a villain because he has very strong reasons for what he does.”
