HIGH POINT, NC, January 12, 2023 – High Point University President Dr. Nido Kubein will soon be featured in a monthly Business North Carolina magazine interview with leaders included in the magazine’s annual Power List. The first full interview will be available from January 2023.
The program will feature discussions between Dr. Cobain and a variety of the state’s most influential leaders, including CEOs, entrepreneurs and leaders of major organizations. Ben Kinney, publisher of Business North Carolina, said the magazine praised Dr. Kubey in this role for his knowledge of state business leaders, his entrepreneurial spirit, and his outstanding success as a business leader and mentor.
“Business NC is focused on telling the stories of economic growth across our state, and that certainly includes profiling the people who make it all happen,” Kinney said. “There is no one better to probe the mind of the NC Power List than one of its own members, Nido R. But it’s his knowledge as a board member at both Fortune 500 companies and small enterprises that makes him the perfect host for a show that explores North Carolina’s movers and shakers.
The featured interviews are from Business North Carolina’s annual publication titled “The Power List.” Recognized leaders on this list are making an impact in their communities and at the regional level. Cobain was featured on Business North Carolina’s 2022 Power List.
