Cheboygan County Sheriff’s Department Looking for Information About Stolen Dump Trailer, Travel Trailer

The Cheboygan County Sheriff’s Department is looking for information on a dump trailer and travel trailer stolen out of Hebron Township.

According to the sheriff’s department, the dump trailer was stolen from Andy’s Gas Station on Levering Road at I-75 in Hebron Township. It would’ve been stolen on August 12 in the late afternoon through August 13 early afternoon.

The trailer is a 2022 PJ Trailer, 16 feet in length and black with red and white reflector strips on each side.

The travel trailer was stolen from a home on Old Mackinaw Road in Hebron Township, according to Sheriff Tim Cook. It was stolen sometime on or just before August 20.

It is a 2014 Cougar travel trailer, 26 feet in length and white with variations of brown swirled details.

Sheriff Cook believes that both trailers were stolen by using a pickup truck with a ball hitch.

The sheriff’s department is asking anyone with information to call D/Lt. Andrew LaLonde at 231-627-3155.

Investigators are determining if the two thefts are related.
