Dixon Tech colors are compatible with EBAN for advanced lighting technology.




Dixon Technology (India) has announced that it has entered into a binding agreement with IBahn Illumination (IBahn), whereby IBahn has agreed to transfer cutting-edge technologies for smart lighting solutions.

The technology proposed for deployment should include the technology developed by Iban for BLE Mesh Smart Lighting (app, firmware, hardware and cloud-hosted database) that provides users with extensive coordination and control as well as on-the-fly operation. A technology that deals with wi-fi technology solutions for its lighting products.

Bluetooth Mesh is a computer mesh networking standard based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), a wireless personal area network technology designed to provide low-cost, low-power connectivity.

The transaction will be completed when all necessary milestone agreements are in place, Dixon said.

Globally, the smart lighting market is huge and Dixon wants to stay ahead of the curve and stay ahead of the curve. Dixon Technologies (India) is India’s largest home-grown design and solutions company engaged in contract manufacturing products in consumer, light and mobile phones markets.

The company reported a 151.7% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 45.70 crore in Q1 FY23 over Q1 FY22 on 52.9% increase in net sales to Rs 2,855.07 crore.

The scrip is currently down 0.64% to trade at Rs 4420.45 on the BSE.

In the past three months, the stock has gained 31.74 percent, while the benchmark Sensex has gained 15.28 percent in the same period.
