PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police have made several arrests following a shooting in Center City Philadelphia on Sunday night.
The event happened around 17:30 near Moda District in the area of 9 and Market streets.
Video obtained by Action News shows people running from the area as officers chase a suspect.
According to Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw, five juveniles were arrested.
“Those who engage in violent behavior will be caught; our residents and visitors will not be intimidated and our officers will not be deterred,” Outlaw said.
No injuries were reported.
Police are still investigating what led to the shooting.
