LONDON – It’s a white wine for the Duchess of Cambridge.
Kate Middleton broke out her favorite white Alexander McQueen suit for the third time this year as she appeared at the Commonwealth Games with Prince William and Princess Charlotte.
The royal couple have been on a sports marathon supporting the local teams. On Sunday, the duchess attended the UEFA Women’s European Championship at Wembley Stadium to watch England win their first major championship match since 1966 and the duchess lent a winning hand to Great Britain’s SailGP team in a friendly of the Commonwealth v. New Zealand.
While visiting the Sandwell Aquatic Center in Birmingham, Middleton re-used her £1,945 suit for the hot English weather.
She wore the suit for the first time in March during her Caribbean tour with her husband. The royal tour was not met with positive reactions.

The Duchess re-wore the fresh ensemble at the unveiling of the Windrush National Monument in June on the 70th anniversary of the Windrush migration.
Alexander McQueen has become a reliable choice for Middleton when it comes to her most glamorous official duties, but since turning 40 in January, she has elevated her approach to fashion by choosing to champion the British luxury designer.

This summer she wore London-based Serbian designer Roksanda Ilinčić to the Wimbledon women’s tennis championship finals, opposite Ons Jabeur and Elena Rybakina; a £1,352 white dress by Emilia Wickstead at the Royal Charity Polo Cup in Windsor; and an Alessandra Rich white polka dot midi dress at Royal Ascot 2022.
As circular fashion becomes the industry’s new summer find, with the likes of Jigsaw and & Other Stories joining the game, Middleton is proving she understands the sartorial memo.
