Having a background in Ancient Sciences, Psychology, Management, Yoga, Acupuncture and Naturopathy.
He has been working with underprivileged for last 30 years having successful experience of 15 years in corporate world and 10 years in Government Sector. He does the work through the Soul Searchers Trust that has been working on the fields of Education, Medical Support, and providing food support in Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai. The tireless efforts were seen and recognised and awarded by many organisations during the period of Covid when medical support, food support and alternative support training were provided for betterment of health and life of people. He has been nominated for Padmashri in 2022 for his contribution in social work.
Dr. R. Venugopalan is M.Phil (Yoga) from IGTMU, 800 Hours Certified Yoga Teacher, Licensed Acupuncturist and having more than 8 Master Degrees and 250 Post Graduate Diplomas. He has written and published more than 700 poem, 75 books and 5000 plus articles on subjects of Management, Spirituality and Psychology and having won more than 300 awards for his contribution society. Most of the books that were written have gone through more than 20 editions and have been translated in French, Estonian, Spanish, Russian, and multiple regional languages. He has worked on connecting Astrology with Management and Psychology to bring about a new concept of gaining better results in life and career through Emotional Balance Conscious (EBC) process. EBC has been accepted by many as a process that can enhance the productivity and bring about a change in the way of communication and competition for more positive and balanced approach.
Dr. R. Venugopalan has developed more than 20000 meditation methods and have been conducting corporate, school and individual sessions for last 20 years covering more than 2 lakh people. Special modules customised and developed for all levels of employees in various kinds of corporate setups for Stress Management, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Art of Breathing, Enhanced Productivity, Successful Relationship Management, amongst others were conducted at IIT (Chennai), SAMSUNG, EPF (Provident Fund), DTRTI (Income-Tax Dept), Lady Irwin College, Lady Irwin School, Expo Machineries, Vinchip Systems. Training sessions were done on regular basis in Tihar Jail, Delhi for the inmates for a better life.
