“Let’s begin with our top story. The first poster of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal featuring Ranbir Kapoor has dropped. The poster sees a menacing Ranbir in a bloodied shirt, smoking a cigarette and carrying an axe under his arm. This is an entirely new avatar for the actor, who starred in two films in 2022, Shamshera and Brahmastra.
Rashmika Mandanna, who stars opposite Ranbir in the film, also shared the poster on her Instagram. “”Animal”” is slated for release on August 11. The film also features Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol.”
Meanwhile, it was in July 2022 when Ranbir Kapoor shared in an interview that his character in Animal was “shocking” and said the movie is “way out of his comfort zone”. Ranbir said that he was “looking forward to doing negative roles and waiting for the right opportunities” and that his character in “Animal ” has a lot of grey shades to it. Sana took to her Instagram to post a reel from her special day. Sana and Csaba twinned in black as they shared a beautiful moment just with each other. Several celebrities shared their best wishes for the couple. Sana’s Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’s fellow child actor Parzaan Dastur also congratulated her. Sana Saeed was seen in movies like Student Of The Year, and Fugly and has been a part of celebrity reality shows.
Actor Hrithik Roshan, who was last seen on the big screen in Vikram Vedha, said in a recent interview, he feels immense gratitude and a sense of security when he is praised as an actor. However, he feels that the expectations that come with being a star “feel like a burden”. The actor, who made his debut in 2000 with the film Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, became an overnight sensation. Meanwhile, months after lashing out at a portal for publishing a negative review of her performance in the film Dasvi, actor Yami Gautam has once again implied that she has been ignored by the entertainment media. In a recent interview, she said that she will not be participating in year-end roundtable discussions – which have long been perceived as exclusive events that give a performer a public stamp of approval. She said that – “It’s just like award functions. There are so many. But for me as an actor, there was a time when I felt that I, too, should have been on the panel, but wasn’t invited.”
“Filmmaker Rohit Shetty failed to mint big money at the box office with his latest movie, Cirkus, starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role. The film, not only has failed to impress critics but also has barely witnessed any footfall in cinema halls. But there was a time when Shetty’s movies became hits despite poor reviews from film critics. It was then that the filmmaker said he hardly cares about reviews of his films.
In an earlier interview, Shetty confidently claimed that even if his films are rejected by critics, it was loved by the audience. He was referring to the negative reviews that both Chennai Express and Singham received then, but these films did well at the box office. “
Lastly, Genelia Deshmukh, whose Marathi movie Ved hit screens recently, spoke about being a homemaker. Genelia, who plays the role of Shravani, the love interest in Ved, said that she has mostly played bubbly characters and added that for the last 10 years, she has been a homemaker. “I did nothing. I was there for relationships and that was my life for the last 10 years. Homemakers’ job is the toughest.” She returned to acting with Ved, her husband Riteish Deshmukh’s directorial debut.
