“We begin today’s bulletin with news on the recent Navratri bash. Several high-profile celebrities recently attended the Kalyanaraman family’s Navratri celebrations. The guest list included Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Prithviraj, Tovino Thomas, Nivin Pauly, Jayasurya, Madhavan, Parvathy, Silambarasan, Vikram Prabhu, Sneha, Prasanna, Arun Vijay, Regina Cassandra, Neeraj Madhav, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Priyadarshan and Aparna Balamurali.
While Katrina posed with Nagarjuna, Ranbir took photos with Arun Vijay and others. The former couple kept their distance from each other at the bash.
On the work front, Katrina Kaif was last seen in Sooryavanshi, while Ranbir Kapoor returned to films after four years with Shamshera and Brahmastra.

“Meanwhile, actor Salman Khan took to Instagram on Wednesday and shared a new photo from his film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. In the picture, Salman is clad in a black suit and wearing shades.
Fans commented on the photo with numerous heart emojis and called the actor ‘Handsome’.
Salman Khan announced his film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in August after completing 34 years in the industry. He shared a teaser that introduces his character from the film. The one-minute clip began with the actor riding a Cruiser motorcycle against the stunning backdrop of the Ladakh valley and we see him walking in slo-mo, with shoulder-length hair, sunglasses, bracelet, accompanied by a rousing background score.”
“In some exciting news, actor Akshay Kumar’s Ram Setu is all set to hit theatres on October 25. The film also stars Nushrratt Bharuccha, and Jacqueline Fernandez and marks the Hindi debut of Telugu actor Satyadev. On Wednesday, Akshay shared multiple stills from Ram Setu on Instagram. The actor also revealed that the film’s trailer will be released on October 11.
In one of the posts, Akshay expressed gratitude to fans for loving the teaser of Ram Setu. He wrote, “You showered the Ram Setu teaser with so much love and we are grateful for that. The love and eagerness with which you are waiting for the Ram Setu trailer is making us work even harder.”

“In other news, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are expecting their first child. The actors, who are basking in the success of their latest film Brahmastra, hosted a baby shower on Wednesday. Alia’s sister Shaheen Bhatt, Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor, sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, cousin Karisma Kapoor and grandmother Neila Devi arrived at the couple’s Mumbai home Vastu for the baby shower, which is also where the couple got married. Ayan Mukerji, who directed Brahmastra, also attended the event. Alia’s close friends Anushka Ranjan and Akanksha Ranjan were present too.
Riddhima took to Instagram and shared pictures from the baby shower. She captioned the pictures with Alia and Ranbir as ‘Mommy to be’ and ‘Daddy to be’.

“Moving on, actor Saif Ali Khan has revealed that while he doesn’t quite have a ‘dream role’, he would still be interested in being cast in Mahabharata. He added that this conversation has been going on with Ajay Devgn since the 1999 movie Kachche Dhaage, and said that such a film would be a grand spectacle.
Speaking to Bollywood Bubble about his dream role, Saif said, “I don’t think like that. I just think of what I am offered. I don’t have a dream subject. However, what I would like to do is act in Mahabharata. We’ve been talking about that with Ajay Devgn since Kachche Dhaage—in our generation, it’s the dream subject.”

“Speaking of Saif Ali Khan, the actor has revealed that the shooting for Vikram Vedha was rather exhausting. It was more of a strain as he wanted to perform well with his co-star Hrithik Roshan. Saif also mentioned that Hrithik was so ‘incredibly gifted’ that he almost questioned whether he was human.
Talking to Bollywood Bubble, Saif said, “It was exhausting because I had mentally put myself—I wanted to perform well with Hrithik. There’s something about the camera and Hrithik is not entirely human or normal. I don’t mind working with humans, but there’s something so incredibly gifted about his presence and ability to pull the eye to everything he’s doing.”

“In other news, actor Mandana Karimi feels sad how the conduct of filmmaker Sajid Khan, who was accused by multiple women–including Mandana herself– of sexual misconduct during the #MeToo movement. Sajid Khan’s behaviour is being normalised with his participation in Bigg Boss.
Season 16 of the Salman Khan-hosted show has been receiving tremendous flak for welcoming Sajid as one of the contestants, despite media testimony by at least nine women. Late actor Jiah Khan’s sister Karishma Khan had also accused the director of sexually harassing Jiah when she spoke to BBC for the documentary, Death of Bollywood (2021).
During an interview with Hindustan Times, Karimi said, “To be honest, I’m not surprised to see him back in the spotlight”
