Ricky Starks wants to continue to expand on the role that fashion plays in professional wrestling.

During a recent appearance in Casual conversations with classic, Ricky Starks talked about how fashion plays a role in professional wrestling. Starks said most wrestlers have no fashion sense at all, but he believes that’s an equal part of what makes a successful wrestler.

“I really appreciate it [Seth Rollins’] fashion, I really like the things he wears. For me, it has to go hand in hand and I really enjoy fashion outside of wrestling. I think it’s fun to wear what I want, to express how I feel that day. Obviously, not many people share that mentality, do they? I’m not talking about just going out and putting on a suit and some brown shoes, and you’re fashionable. No, that’s nice, that’s the minimum. But it got to the point where I was taking walks, I filmed a few walks that I posted on my Instagram because I was trying to get started. After all, bro, most wrestlers don’t have fashion sense, do they? They barely have any business sense, so to expect these people to even know how to dress is asking a lot.”

Starks also talked about having a potential stylist in the future, noting that it’s something he’s open to doing.

“I’m open to…yes, I can style myself, but I’m so curious about other people’s perspective and style that I’ve been looking for a stylist to work with. Because, I want to keep it expanding, but yeah, there’s not a lot of people who dress up that they should, and I don’t know if it’s because of a lack of trying or what, but hey, you know what, whatever. “
