Fashion Assembly debuts a high-quality industrial solution for minority-owned fashion and beauty e-commerce businesses looking for convenient and scalable warehouse/office space. Fashion Assembly is a 16,000 square foot member’s only facility in the heart of the LA Arts District. Fashion Assembly is a premiere warehouse, office and workspace offering an ideal blend of convenient office space, community involvement and logistical assistance created expressly for BIPOC fashion and beauty brands.

In response to growing demand for new minority beauty and fashion e-commerce businesses, Fashion Assembly offers short-term deals for spaces ranging from 100 to 2,500 square feet at its newly launched Arts District location. Founders of Fashion Assembly, Brian Pearsona franchise development broker, and Anje Collinsa former celebrity entertainment publicist, collaborated to launch Coco Blue Shoes, a successful shoe brand in The angels, during the pandemic.
