Florida Tech Interim President Robert King hosted the ceremony. The guest speaker was Bart Gaetjens, External Affairs Manager, Florida Power & Light Company.

“I thank you not only for what you’ve done so far, but because of the decision you made several years ago,” King said, adding that attending Florida Tech will be singular. “The best investment you will ever make in your life.”

“Regardless of the financial reward you will receive as you pursue your dreams and your career, this is the investment that started it all,” he said.
