Grandpa shorts sold for ₹15,000 by fashion brand shocks users | In trend

The screenshot showing the excess clothing was shared by Twitter user Arshad Wahid. It shows regular grandpa shorts sold 15,000 and has left netizens in disbelief.

Do you remember the Sabyasachi and H&M collaboration where a normal saree was at an outrageous price 9999? It had netizens fuming – and rightfully so. Turns out it’s not the only casual wear that’s overpriced. A pair of shorts that you’ve probably seen your dad or grandad casually wearing around the house is selling for a huge price. 15,450 from a fashion brand. Not only that, but there is another outfit priced 11450.

The image showing the oversized clothing is accompanied by a caption, “Why is this pattapatti pant 15k?” The post showing the price of average clothing items has left users in disbelief.

A Twitter user Arshad Wahid shared the screenshot. It shows listed clothing items from a brand called Kobe. The image shows a checkered print outfit on the left, and on the right a pair of shorts with thick blue and green stripes with a red outline.

“Do sane people buy this?” posted one individual. “It’s not pants,” commented another. “Original. Eco-friendly. Hand-woven. Hand-stitched,” noted a third.
