Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan is on the signing spree following the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. A day ago, Bollywood Hungama reported that the actor has signed another project which is set to be directed by Anurag Basu. It is a romantic saga. Now, taking forward the musical franchise started by Shri Gulshan Kumar and Mukesh Bhatt, the team is all set to reignite the magic of love story and music with the much anticipated third installmentof the hit Aashiqui franchise. The leading lady is yet to be cast.
Kartik Aaryan to headline Bhushan Kumar and Vishesh Films’ Aashiqui 3; Anurag Basu to direct the third installment
Kartik Aaryan has signed Aashiqui 3, a project produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Vishesh Films. While the first part was released in 1990 starring Annu Agarwal and Rahul Roy, Aashiqui 2 featured Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor and released in 2013. It was helmed by Mohit Suri and the music was widely loved by the audience. Pritam is on board to compose music.

Touted to be a rage amongst the youth, Kartik Aaryan will spearhead the third instalment of one of the most popular franchises of Hindi cinema that remains to be a timeless classic loved by the youth of this nation. While the storyline was the heart of the prequels, music remains to be their soul that will be carried forward by phenomenal music director Pritam.
