Nektar.ai comes out of stealth mode to plug CRM data leaks • TechCrunch

As sales teams use multiple tools to communicate with buyers, including email, Zoom, and WhatsApp, a lot of valuable information gets lost in the sales funnel. Nektar.ai aims to solve the problem of data leakage with a sales productivity platform that enables SaaS revenue teams to manage data across multiple channels by integrating it with various applications and delivering key data to a highly convenient collaboration tool like Slack. Nektar.ai announced today that it has come out of stealth mode after two years and is launching its platform for general access.

Co-founder and CEO Abhijeet Vijayvergiya told TechCrunch that Nektar.ai’s capabilities are particularly relevant now that technology is in decline, where layoffs, cost cuts and budget cuts mean companies are now focused on laser productivity. Nektar.ai captures revenue activity data from email, calendar, chat and social channels at all stages of the customer lifecycle to fill the gaps and data gaps left by CRM tools with a no-code solution.

Vijayvergiya said that there are many business intelligence tools like Tableau and Looker and there are revenue data and forecasting solutions including Gong and Clari, but all these tools are based on CRM data. When a sales team’s CRM is missing key revenue data due to poor user adoption, disconnected and siled teams, it means their analytics are flawed.

Poor user adoption of CRMs occurs for two main reasons, he added. The first is that sales teams are often busy updating their daily work in CRM. “A B2B salesperson’s day is filled with countless follow-ups, endless meetings, research, discovery, demos, navigating the buying committee, hosting competitions, and conducting internal reviews.” All revenue-generating activities are important to their quotas. The second reason is that CRMs often have outdated user interfaces, giving sales reps less incentive to update them.

Nektar.ai stops CRM data leaks by integrating sales reps’ inboxes, calendars, meetings (including Zoom and Google Meet), chat (typically Slack), and social media (LinkedIn) and buyer contacts and sales activities. Vijayvergiya says Nektar.ai’s “capture and sync” accuracy is 95% and all revenue data across the customer lifecycle is fed back into the CRM.

“Nektar plugs the CRM data breach without a user lifting a finger. We essentially eliminate the need for user adoption and give all the time to salespeople to sell and sell while easing their administrative burden,” said Vijayvergiya. Increasing visibility into the sales process for different salespeople helps teams better understand what sales tactics work best. It means you can understand the situation.

TechCrunch covered Nektar.ai last August 2021, which raised $6 million in seed funding led by B Capital Group, bringing its total to $8.1 million. His other investors include 3One4 Capital, Nexus Venture Partners and Insignia Ventures. Nektar.ai, which has 32 employees in stealth mode, has worked with early clients such as Lily.ai, MoEngage and Observe.ai, and has seen 30% to 35% pipeline growth and 18% to 22% contract growth. Speed, because their CRMs are integrated with buyer contacts and sales activity data.

“It’s hard to know where to spend your time if you’re not sure what you’re looking at,” said Lilly.I senior vice president Pete Lee in a statement. Nectar keeps the data up-to-date and provides insight into the actual timing of sales and inbound spending activities.
