Popular actor Ranbir Kapoor was recently seen in the period action drama ‘Shamshera’ and now he is gearing up for the release of his long awaited film ‘Brahmastra’. Apart from that, Ranbir’s fans are also excited to see him in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial venture ‘Animal’. ‘Animal’ is supposed to feature Ranbir in a never seen before avatar and in a recent media interaction, the actor shared that this is going to be his most shocking character yet.
He told Mid-Day, “I was stunned to hear the script. It’s the most shocking part I have ever done. I am scared to rejoin that film. It is a great opportunity for me as an actor. No one expects me to do such a role. I hope the audience is ready for that film from me.” Talking further, Ranbir said, “The movie requires me to nail the grey shades rightly, and the physicality adds to the character’s menacing ways in terms of visuals. I have put on a lot of muscle.”
‘Animal’ has an all star cast. Apart from Ranbir, it will have Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol in significant roles. The shoot is currently going on in Delhi.
