Rich has named Rudy A. Cook’s Garden Small Business of the Month – Press Releases


Washington – Today, U.S. Senator Jim Risch, senior member and former chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, announced that Rudy A. Cook Gardens in Twin Falls has been selected as Idaho’s Small Business of the Month for August 2022. He is recognized for his contributions to the community in the US Senate Congressional Record.

In the year In 2002, Tom and Megan Ashenbrenner started Rudy A. Cook’s Paradise after converting a 118-year-old historic building that had been a hardware store previously owned by Tom’s father, Rudy Ashenbrenner. Now, Rudy’s is known for having the largest selection of kitchen gadgets in the Northwest and being the oldest continuously operating retail store in Twin Falls.

Rudy offers a variety of classes in food technique, artisanal baking, and how to host a dinner party. Rudy’s is a favorite gathering place for Southern Idahoans to explore their extensive wine and beer collection or expand their knowledge of the latest culinary trends.
