Sack adds a director of strategic business transformation to complete the nonprofit process


Sack LLP announced Monday the addition of Lauren Frere as Director of Strategic Business Transformation to complete the firm’s established nonprofit practice, effective Oct. 3.

In her role at the Parsippany-based organization, Frere brings 35 years of experience consulting to nonprofit organizations to develop goals and ultimately improve overall performance and productivity. Frere specializes in organizational assessment, nonprofit leadership training, leadership transition and succession planning, board development and governance, strategic planning, fundraising and program development.

Working with SAC’s audit, tax, wealth management and technology teams, Frere leads and supports nonprofit organizations and directly provides experienced and professional resources to address challenges and drive positive outcomes.

“Strategic Transformation Space Director was created specifically to enable nonprofit organizations to benefit from a full range of services to meet their current and future needs across all organizational structures,” explains April Kushner, head of Sax Note’s nonprofit practice.

Frary had a 32-year career with the Somerset County Arch. During those three decades, she held a variety of positions that gave her a wide range of experiences and opportunities to hone her leadership skills. Working in various capacities and rising through the ranks, eventually becoming CEO.
