Kids can book Instagram trends while parents cash in on wallet-friendly retail savings during the back-to-school sales tax holiday that runs through August 7.
Family fun pursuits will include a high-octane fashion show, dance and musical performances, music by electric violinist DJ Lexey and more. Plus, enjoy a chance to win exciting prizes, including gift cards and a $500 back-to-school shopping spree.
During the back-to-school sales tax holiday at Wellington Green Mall, stock up on learning supplies that sell for $30 or less; school supplies that sell for $50 or less; clothing, shoes and accessories that sell for $100 or less; and computers and accessories (when purchased for non-commercial and personal use) that sell for $1,500 or less.
Next is the Fun in the District Kids Club. On Saturday, August 6, from 1 p.m., visit the mall’s new event space, the District, and take part in a variety of family-friendly programs, including kids’ yoga and Zumbini classes, and painting workshops. Little ones will also enjoy face painting, fun games and the chance to meet their favorite costumed characters.
