US SEC licensing staff are expected to be upset with Executive Director Gary Gensler over the new settlement fines paid by Kim Kardashian, Fox Business’ Charles Gasparino investigated Oct. 5.
According to Gasparino, the supervisory staff held that Gensler violated the agreement by involving the media in his position as acting secretary.
The staff said:

SEC Executive Director Gary Gensler released a video on October 3 when he heard the news that the Commission had fined Kim Kardashian over the development of Ethereum Max. In the video, Gensler says that superstar backing doesn’t mean the venture’s open doors “those speculative items are suitable for all funders.”
The SEC seat also appeared on CNBC that same day to discuss the important issue.
Ahead of the new lawsuit, the SEC bench has allowed media interviews in which it calls for more protections for crypto assets. In addition, Gensler recently launched a web-based entertainment platform asking crypto companies to come in and talk to the commission.
The crypto environment has slammed the SEC’s conflicting license on the business.

In the interim, some have questioned why Kardashian was singled out among all the promoters of Ethereum Max. The Siphon and Dump Project had other great promoters like Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Paul Penetrate. The three are currently facing legal claims over the token development.
