This fall, Crain’s Chicago Business will relaunch its Executive Education in Leadership Development program, custom-designed to enhance the leadership skills of executives in the Chicago area. We are pleased to introduce Crain’s Leadership Academy, a new program designed and taught by the renowned faculty at the Chicago Booth School of Business.
This session on “Leadership in Safer Times” will consist of five half-day sessions with content including:
- How to Apply VUCA (Variable, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) Concepts to Think Like an Entrepreneur When Creating a Competitive Strategic Plan
- Learn how to de-risk and overcome obstacles when managing innovation – allowing you to effectively execute and launch new ideas
- Enhance your persuasiveness by using frameworks that make your business communications clear, engaging and persuasive
- Find tools to create an organizational culture where employees are motivated to achieve and succeed in their work (achieve frameworks for building diverse, inclusive teams, developing talent and retaining dynamic individuals);
