There are several major film festivals throughout the year that attract cinema’s best actors, directors and producers. One is the 79th Venice International Film Festival, which runs from August 31 to September 10. As Hollywood’s top tastemakers, as well as international movie stars, make their way to dinner parties, parties and, of course, the red carpet, they’re bringing their A-game. So far, the fashion looks at the 2022 Venice Film Festival have oscillated between dressy dresses and polished suit ensembles. Everyone, however, seems to agree on wearing a dazzling array of diamond jewelry.
One of the standout outfits at the event is Jodie Turner-Smith (you may recognize her from movies like Queen and Slim). The actress stepped outside the “pretty princess dress” box when it came to her ensembles, as she opted for more sparkly mini dresses and eye-catching accessories (please note her gorgeous opera gloves!). Tessa Thompson also flirted with the idea of a sensual outfit, but with a ballerina twist: Westworld the star wore a fluffy tulle skirt with a black jacket and cropped jacket. She attended a photocall of the judges while wearing an egg yolk oversized blazer with coordinating trousers by Celine. The actress continued the yellow theme down to her pointy bottoms. There’s always a see-through outfit or two at the Venice Film Festival, and Turner-Smith was one of the first celebs to rock the trend at the event. She wore a full Gucci Cosmogonie look, which consisted of a pink silk midi dress, which showed off her white thigh-high lace-up boots. of White noise actor accessorized with diamond earrings and a pair of blue leather look opera gloves.

Thompson chose a Rodarte Fall 2022 look for her appearance at the inaugural Cinema Danieli – An Forgettable Story cocktail event with Variety. The tulle skirt gave off a ballerina vibe, while her bralette tapped into this year’s glorious dress trend.

The actor left the same cocktail party in a stunning strapless ALAÏA gown. The designer number featured a heart-shaped leather bodice and confetti dots, which were printed over the silk dress.

Turner-Smith was one of the first stars to arrive at the film festival as she attended the Cinecittà and Academy of Motion Picture, Art & Science dinner. She made her grand entrance in a blue fringed mini dress and wore sparkling accessories, including a pair of flame earrings from Fernando Jorge Jewels.
