UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has been criticized for having a ‘fun’ talk about business with a homeless man.

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak volunteered at a homeless shelter over the Christmas weekend, but a video of his conversation with a man who offered him food has been heavily criticized by his political opponents.

Sunak was delivering food to people in need at a shelter in London on Friday. He is seen giving generous portions while making small talk with a man named Dean.

After confirming that this isn’t his first time at the shelter, Dean asks Sunak to “help the economy.” Sunak said it was “exactly” what he wanted to do. Dean can be heard saying that this is “best for business,” leading Sunak to ask Dean if it works for business.

“No, I’m homeless,” Dean replied. “I’m really a homeless person.”

Then Dean said that he is interested in business, especially finance. Sunak explained that he had worked in finance before then, and went on to say how many finance jobs have moved mainly from London to other parts of the UK.

“Is that something you want to get into?” Sunak asked.

“I don’t mind,” Dean replied.
