I’m a 24-year-old entrepreneur who has started multiple successful businesses. Currently, I am focusing on my podcast, which is doing extremely well! You can find me at @thebluetickshow.

You’ve interviewed a number of high-profile guests on “The Blue Tick Show.” How do you prepare for these interviews, and what do you hope to achieve with each one?

I am currently interviewing very high-profile guests, and I love hearing people’s stories. I especially enjoy comparing my upbringing and lifestyle with others, as I have a compelling story myself. It’s fascinating to see the differences and similarities.

You’re also an MMA fighter. How do you balance your training and fighting schedule with your work as an entrepreneur and host?

Training is a vital part of my life that keeps me on track. It helps to keep my mind clear and focused. On days when I haven’t trained, I can feel myself becoming increasingly stressed.

How has your experience as an MMA fighter influenced your approach to entrepreneurship and hosting?

Nothing compares to the nerves you feel before stepping into a ring! So when I sit down with high-profile guests, I expect to be nervous. However, my background in MMA actually helps me stay calm and composed in those situations.

What challenges have you faced during your career journey? How did you overcome it?

On days when you post a video and expect it to perform well but it ends up doing poorly, it can be demotivating. However, it’s important to remember that the next one is always an opportunity for improvement.

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned as a host, and how have you applied it to your work?

You have to learn to adapt and communicate with various types of guests. Some may be females with painful stories, and you need to approach them with empathy and passion. Others may be criminals, and you must adjust your approach accordingly when engaging in conversation with them.

Coming back to it, what drew you to MMA, and how did you get started in the sport?

I was always getting into trouble at school and constantly getting into fights. I started MMA as a way to discipline myself and steer me in the right direction.

What advice would you like to give to beginners starting out in the same field?

Unless you are willing to give it your all, don’t start. This is a game where giving 100% is not sufficient.
