A fashion editor’s Mejuri jewelry review

Fashion editors have many opinions. And while it may take longer than average to satisfy us, when we like something, we tend to stick with it. One brand that has been ringing in my ears from my fellow editors is Canadian jewelry brand Mejuri. It’s certainly been on my radar for a minute – via events and general shopping searches – but until recently I’d never delved deep into its selection to try it out in real life. Good thing I did, but it was exactly what I was looking for: no-frills everyday jewelry that I leave on whether I’m sleeping or swimming. I’m past the age of once-worn and green costume jewelry, but I’m not quite ready to invest in a Van Cleef Alhambra piece (though I’m planning to soon).

Mejuri’s direct-to-consumer jewelry sits well between the two categories, so for $100, you can buy a solid piece that won’t turn or lose its luster. However, the brand also makes affordable fine jewelry (including engagement rings), so there really is something for everyone if precious metals are on your wish list.

I took five of Mejuri’s best-selling pieces for a test drive to see how they faired in the midst of my daily activities. Keep scrolling to read my review and see how I styled each piece.
