In case you missed it, fashionistas everywhere just finished celebrating this year’s New York Fashion Week, and of course, the celebs brought their fashion A-game to the festivities. This list included Alexandra Daddario, who recently appeared at the Michael Kors fashion show in the most beautiful outfit.

But Alexandra also pairs that yoga with some serious strength training, thanks to celebrity trainer Patrick Murphy, who she’s been working with since 2015. Murphy posted a video on Instagram in 2018 of Alexandra doing a cable row for deadlifts. single leg, as if it were NBD, emphasizing that the movement works the glutes, hamstrings, core, and arms.
