An 11-year-old boy hands out business cards to promote a lawn mowing service.

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – For Treshawn Pittard, the sound of the lawnmower is the sound of business.

Treshawn, 11, is a 5th grader at Riverside Elementary. He cuts grass on the side.

“I got the hay plant yesterday from a generous neighbor,” Treshawn said. “The lawnmower I’ve been using for two weeks, the tire came off and I have to get a new one.

Treshawn, who goes by Rosai, is making his way to repair his old mower, beating drums and handing out business cards.

Over the weekend, a photo of one of his cards next to a picture of Treshawn received thousands of shares on Facebook. Now, Rosai’s mom plans to drive him around Toledo to harvest. He credits his older brother Jaivon Starks, who is 16, for the idea.

“I started because my brother used to take me to cut grass with him,” said Rosai, who is now looking forward to next season and plans to shovel. He told me that if I earn more money, I can help my mother. Snow.
