Biltmore Fashion Park, a much-loved destination in the Macerich portfolio of high-quality retail and mixed-use properties across the country, today announced a slate of five new retailers and restaurants joining the iconic outdoor mall, including Anthropologie.
Anthropologie, which will open later this year, is a unique shopping destination in full style, with a mostly exclusive assortment of clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty, furniture, home decor, garden, bridal and more. The brand operates more than 200 stores worldwide.

Other big new names coming soon to Biltmore Fashion Park — all also focused on providing exceptional in-person experiences — include Ambrogio15, the first Arizona location of this San Diego favorite serving up gourmet pizza inspired by Milan; Digitally native concept Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, the second Phoenix-area location for this brand focused on the beautiful hair experience; Lovesac, a specialist furniture brand; and a new, larger location on the property for EVEREVE, a popular women’s fashion brand offering curated, contemporary styles.
Biltmore Fashion Park, the outdoor lifestyle-focused property located on the bustling Camelback Corridor at 24th and Camelback, has long been the “backyard” for the affluent, historic Biltmore residential and financial district of Phoenix.

Recent notable additions to Biltmore Fashion Park’s carefully curated roster include Bisutoro and Skin Laundry, both of which opened recently, and Life Time, the luxury, large-scale health and fitness destination that opened in 2020. Property highlights are the only Saks Fifth Avenue department store in Arizona and a Williams-Sonoma walk-in experience featuring chef classes and demonstrations; plus a stellar lineup of destination restaurants, including Blanco Tacos + Tequila, The Capital Grille, The Cheesecake Factory, Seasons 52, True Food Kitchen, Zinburger and many other sought-after dining experiences.
