Best Changing Suits (2023): Swim, Surf, Water Sports

[ad_1]

They are changing dresses Pretty self explanatory. They’re designed to make it easy to get in and out of your swimming or water sports activities whether you’re at the beach, camping, or in the parking lot. Ultra-soft uppers, waterproof outers and oversized designs can transform smartly, keep you warm and dry, and protect you from the elements. They make a lot of sense for both style and comfort when you’re open water or wild swimming, participating in triathlons, or surfing/paddleboarding/kayaking. And if you’re swimming in cold conditions, drying and covering up will help you warm up more slowly and avoid the “post-fall” drop in body temperature when you get out of the water.

WIRED dived into the sea on a cold winter’s day to test these versatile garments. We asked a group of open water swimmers of different ages, sizes and shapes to give us their feedback to find out how well changing clothes keep us safe after a swim. We put on wetsuits immediately after getting out of the water and evaluated their design, material, size, color choice, heat retention and overall ability to keep dry, warm and comfortable.
