Jewelry brand Eternha uses CRP technology and Windform GT, a glass fiber reinforced composite material, typically used for high resistance and advanced applications, to create some of its men’s collection bracelets. This is a completely new thing in the jewelry sector

The jewelry brand company Eternha was founded in 2020 by Stefano Massimiliano Marangoni and Chiara Cistriani. The store opened on June 25, 2022. Their innovation combines traditional jewelry industry materials and techniques (natural hard stones and/or precious and non-precious metals) with hi-tech polyamide-based composite materials, used in some of the most advanced industrial sectors such as motorsports and aerospace.

Chiara Cistriani said: “It is a new project that has not been known before. “50% of our investment is focused on product quality. The rest is creativity, eco-sustainability and the search for harmony between materials and colors. “

Hi-tech materials and fashion

It’s a winning combination that’s completely evolved in Eternha bracelets, thanks to the Windoform compounds.

Stefano Massimiliano Marangoni explains: “Our aim has always been to realize the highest quality jewellery. After the level of materials is adjusted, we want to be creative; So we decided to introduce some elements made of hi-tech in our creations, on the one hand, which provide a real identity to our bracelets, and on the other hand, allow anyone to wear something unusual for the fashion world. “

At this point, there was nothing left but to create bracelets with hi-tech inserts. After some unproductive relationships, Chiara and Stefano met CRP Technology, “an international entity, historically headquartered in Italy,” Stefano adds.

“After identifying the appropriate technology supplier in CRP, we had to find the right material for our purpose; we liked the idea of combining our jewelry with non-destructive elements from the “eternal” material made from material used for extreme and practical applications. Thanks to the collaboration with CRP Technology, an extraordinary material developed and produced by CRP Technology, Polyamide-based composition, glass fiber reinforced, manufactured and manufactured with CRP technology: Windform GT.

Eternha makes high-tech jewelry using Windform GT glass fiber reinforced nylon powder and laser PBF expertise provided by CRP.

Wind shape GT in the jewelry industry

Windform GT, with selective laser sintering, or SLS (Laser Powder Bed Sintering Technology), was used to produce some elements for the Eternha Aquilha, Falcho, Lufo and Cobraha men’s bracelets.

“They are small elements – explained Stefano – with a maximum length of 10-12 mm. Shapes vary from parallelograms to spheres and cylinders, with various graphic explanations. And, in one case, when our company’s logo is engraved.

“Given very small shapes – continued Chiara – we had to abandon some ideas and adapt others. But when it comes to quality, there is no compromise. We wanted the top of the hi-tech range, and we got it with the Windform GT composite material.

Windform GT is a very versatile composite material in terms of performance and aesthetic appeal. In fact, it combines the properties of excellent elasticity, flexibility and impact resistance after being refined by hand. It is also non-electrical, absorbent and suitable for skin contact.

Stefano added, “We wanted to include one or more elements in our creations made from materials used to produce advanced and practical applications.” A material that can attract customers for its inner meaning and the suggestions it evokes rather than its excellent mechanical properties.

“We want to give ordinary people the opportunity to wear the “piece” of technology, which will travel in Space, compete in motorsport competitions, and improve the quality of life in future applications.”
