[REASON TO CHEER]

Blue was an all-conference running back.

[REASON TO FEAR]

Two starting quarterbacks were injured during the season.

[THE BOTTOM LINE]

The Falcons’ strengths may be in the backfield on both sides of the ball, with Blue running the ball on offense. Bonito thinks his defensive secondary is among the best in CTC along with Alvello and Franklin. The front end can be a bit of a work in progress.

Senior Prince Bobbs took over at quarterback with the other two out, and two freshman receivers showed early promise. Bonito said the number has been growing since he started school.

The Falcons begin their season with two home games before going on the road against some of the stronger conference teams of the last few years.
