BELLEVUE, Neb. – University of Ottawa women’s volleyball falls 3-0. 25-17, 25-22, 25-21 to Indiana Tech in the final match of the GoSarpy.com Labor Day Classic on Saturday afternoon at the Lie Activity Center. OU finished the event 3-1 with two wins over NIA Top 25 opponents.
How did it happen?
- Indiana Tech scored the first three points. Ottawa cut into the lead after two straight kills Radish Valdez, the Braves were at 4-3. But the Indiana Tech Warriors were able to extend their lead and the Braves took a 13-7 lead. Ottawa was still unable to rally and Indiana Tech took the 25-17 victory.

Ottawa cut the deficit to one, 22-21, after a Warrior error. Indiana Tech scored the next three points to seal the 25-23 victory.
