Symphony has named retail CPG Manish Choudhary as the new head of Hocho – Retail Technology Innovation Center.


Symfony Vertical has announced the new name Symfony Retail CPG, replacing its predecessor Symfony Retail.

According to the press release: “This change demonstrates the solutions provider’s commitment to helping retail and CPG businesses navigate industry challenges now and in the future.

He added, “SymphonyAI Retail CPG AI-based solutions are used by more than 1,200 organizations worldwide, including 15 of the top 25 global grocery retailers, the top 25 global CPG manufacturers, thousands of retail brands and hundreds of national and regional chains. “

Choudhary comes to SymphonyaAI Retail CPG from Diebold Nixdorf, where he served as executive vice president of global software.

He was previously general manager and senior vice president of shipping technologies at Pitney Bowes.
