Veoneer is the major award-winning OEM in North America’s landing control system business


Stockholm, December 16, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Automotive technology company Veoner has been awarded its largest suspension control system contract ever.

Veyner’s Restraint Control Systems (RCS) business has been awarded a significant long-term contract to deliver one of its market-leading next-generation products. North America Largest OEM. In the year By 2026, Veioner will begin delivering the control system to four North American OEM vehicle platforms, including electric vehicles.

The Vehicle Control System (RCS) activates the vehicle’s passive safety systems, such as tightening seat belts and deploying airbags, when a crash cannot be avoided. Voneer’s Restraint Control System has scalable sensing and actuation capabilities with a platform design compatible with future electric vehicle and autonomous vehicle architectures.
