Argon needed a system that could integrate with custom and commercial applications in the facility and handle multiple data flows whether the subscriber was new or returning.
The platform should include built-in features designed to eliminate duplication and allow users to track their registration status and update their information.
The deadline for response to the RFI notice is September 23.
