Bhuvan Bam Recalls Shooting With Shah Rukh Khan Giving Him Head Massage In Titu Talks, ‘It Was Impromptu’

Bhuvan Bam is known for playing multiple characters like Fameer Fuddi or Sameer Fuddi, Banchoddas Chatriwala and Titu Mama in comical sketches on his Youtube channel BB Ki Vines. He dons many hats as a comedian, actor, singer, and lyricist. Recently Bam recalled his experience working with Shah Rukh Khan on his show Titu Talk.

Shah Rukh Khan appeared on Bhuvan Bam’s talk show Titu Talks for the promotion of his film Zero in 2018. The show featured Titu Mama, Bam’s character as the host. While speaking with Baradwaj Rangan he shared one of the instances on the show when King Khan gave him a head massage. Bam mentioned that this was an impromptu situation and he was nervous to shoot with King of Romance.

Bam asserted, “I was sweating, I had just removed the Titu wig and I had really long hair, and I didn’t know how to go about it. It was impromptu and it was also the first episode of Titu Talks and Titu Mama as a character was just a month old. I was figuring out how to bring out the character and somehow we got Shah Rukh sir on the first episode. I was like how are we going to do this?”

He further added, “I’ve never asked people to subscribe. I thought this is the right opportunity to tell him to subscribe and why not with a massage. So I asked if I could sit between his legs and ask him to say ‘Subscribe to Bhuvan’s channel’ But then he went on with it, and it kept going on for a while till he finally said, ‘We’re done now’.”

Talking about the 28-year-old comedian’s career, he will be seen in a web series ‘Taaza Khabar’ co-produced by him which will stream on Hotstar.

Meanwhile, the 56-year-old actor has a bunch of exciting films scheduled for 2023. He has Pathaan with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham by Yash Raj Film, Jawan with Nayanthara and directed by Atlee Kumar and Dunki with Taapsee Pannu directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
