“Let’s begin with news on Shah Rukh Khan, who shared his love for Amitabh Bachchan in a special social media post in which the two could be seen humming a song, from the Amitabh Bachchan film ‘Hum’ The clip was taken during a promotional event for Badla, which was backed by SRK and starred Big B and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles.
Shah Rukh Khan captioned his post, “One thing to learn from this great man, actor, superstar, father and superhuman is to never back away….instead learn….level up and launch again and again….forever. May you always be healthy and entertain our grandchildren also. Love you sir @SrBachchan.”
SRK and Amitabh have done films like Mohabbatein, and Veer Zaara together.”

Actor Dharmendra reacted to lyricist-writer Javed Akhtar’s claim that he was the first choice for the film, Zanjeer. He mentioned that it had been an ’emotional’ hurdle to refuse the film in the first place.
Dharmendra tweeted “Refusing Zanjeer, was an emotional hurdle which I have mentioned in an interview earlier. So please don’t misunderstand me. I always love Javed and Amit.”
In the said interview, Dharmendra had revealed that he refused the film as his cousin had an alleged feud with director Prakash Mehra and made him say no.
Zanjeer turned out to be one of Amitabh Bachchan’s biggest films in his storied career and is regarded as a cult classic today. The film also starred Pran.”
“Actor Sidharth Malhotra has hinted that he might have given his former girlfriend, actor Alia Bhatt her current cat, Edward. The former couple had dated for several years before calling it quits in 2016. They remain cordial and have moved on with their lives.
During a rapid-fire round with Bollywood Bubble, Sidharth was asked what he learnt from his previous relationship. He answered, “Don’t gift pets!” Asked what he would like to steal from Alia, he replied, “The cat. Edward. Take him…” and then he stopped short. This isn’t the first time that Sidharth mentioned that he missed her cat. On Koffee with Karan, when he was asked what he missed about his previous relationship, he answered, “Her cat.””
“After transforming Manish Malhotra and Kabir Khan’s homes, celebrity designer Gauri Khan is all set to revamp Jacqueline Fernandez’s home. Gauri gets ready to re-design Jacqueline’s bedroom in a new promotional clip.
In the promo, Gauri asks Jacqueline, “So what are we designing? Which space?” Jacqueline mentions that she has been wanting to get in touch with Gauri for a while. The clip shows what seems like a fun discussion between the two celebrities. “Something which you’ve never had,” explains Gauri, as she is seen poring over her laptop, trying to come up with something fit for Jacqueline. At the end of the video, Jacqueline steps into her new room and seems rather thrilled with the result.”
“Global icon Priyanka Chopra had an excruciatingly difficult journey in Bollywood at the beginning of her career as she faced overwhelming rejection from most directors. During her interview with Simi Garewal in 2006, Priyanka revealed how ‘broken’ she was, and yet she emerged stronger than ever as she managed to overcome each obstacle.
Priyanka said “”I made so many mistakes. I walked a tightrope every moment I was here. The first couple of years was really bad because I did not trust anyone—which film was right, which not to do. “Moving on, Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan is set to be seen in a special appearance in the upcoming slice-of-life comedy-drama Double XL. Starring Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi, the film follows the story of two plus-sized women seeking their dreams.
Directed by Satramm Ramani, Double XL aims to challenge body weight stereotypes and also stars Zaheer Iqbal and Mahat Raghavendra. According to Shikhar Dhawan, he came on board the film to do a special appearance instinctively after he heard the story.
Billed as a “mad adventure that spans across New Delhi, Meerut and Mumbai” Double XL explores the journey of two plus-size women — Rajshree Trivedi (from Meerut and Saira Khanna from New Delhi as they navigate society’s beauty standards.”
“Lastly, the trailer of Akshay Kumar starrer Ram Setu is out and it seems like here Akshay Kumar is single-handedly saving what his character claims to be a historic treasure, the bridge built by Lord Ram in the mythological epic Ramayan. The trailer explains the gist of the story where the evil characters want to destroy ‘Ram Setu’. As Akshay and his team set out to prove the existence of the structure, they get embroiled in a big scheme where they are the targets.
The action-adventure does not clearly state who are the bad guys here but we do see Akshay Kumar walking on water at the end of the trailer.”
