First Tech Federal Credit Union Raises Over $1.6 Million to Support Children’s Hospitals

Founded by First Tech 22 years ago, the Credit Union for Kids Northwest Classic Tournament has become one of the largest credit union-sponsored events in the nation supporting credit unions for kids and has raised more than $12.2 million since its inception. This year’s fundraising campaign surpassed its previous goal of $1 million to encourage a positive return from the pandemic, with all proceeds going to six regional children’s hospitals in California, Colorado, Oregon and Washington.
