Infosys offers 60% flexible pay to selected BPM employees

According to emails seen by CNBC-TV18.com, CnB’s Infosys team wrote to employees: “Performance bonus is an integral part of the compensation philosophy at Infosys BPM, and we reward employee’s performance and contribution every quarter with a performance bonus.” He said.

The letter from the Bengaluru-based company said, “Based on the performance of the company in Q2 FY23, the board has approved bonus payments as mentioned below JL 4- 60 percent, JL 5 – 60 percent, JL 6 – 60 percent.”

Overall reports suggest that the variable pay will be much better this year due to a significant increase in revenue and profit compared to the first financial quarter.
