Carrefour and Procter & Gamble are together in the metaverse.

Carrefour has partnered with Procter & Gamble for what it calls “the first joint retail/FMCG brand experience in MetaVersion”.

This includes the latter’s Mr. Clean brand.

In a LinkedIn post, Elodie Pertusot, Chief E-Commerce, Digital Transformation and Data Officer and EXCOM member at Carrefour, said: “Thanks to their work, we both offer our Carrefour clients gamification, immersion, Web3, all with Mr. Clean like you’ve never seen before.”

She added: “This is an attempt to reinvent classic ads and activities, to create a connection between Metaverse and e-commerce, and especially to receive feedback from our customers to improve this experience.”

Boots INNOVATE will be launched in collaboration with TCS and will focus on emerging technology.

Boots UK has launched a new INNOVATE workplace with TCS at its site in Nottingham.

Its aim is to encourage and foster a startup culture. INNOVATE is designed to be an efficient incubator combining innovation space with top talent and emerging technology.

Pets by Stuart and OneStock expand same-day delivery service

Following the launch of same-day delivery for pets at the end of last year, the offer is being extended to more stores in Scotland, including Edinburgh and Glasgow, as well as York, Coventry and Bath. Number 128.

Stuart is handling the delivery side of things, typically within two hours.

The service allows Pets at Home customers to place their orders through the website as usual.

Once a product is selected, OneStock’s order management system displays Stewart’s same-day service as pet home delivery options if the zip code is within the store’s coverage area.
