Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have just welcomed their baby girl and the new parents are spending ample time with their new-born. Ever since the arrival of the little munchkin, a section of Alia’s fans was eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of the actress post-delivery of her baby. Finally, the wait is over as Bhatt has shared a post on her verified social media handle.
‘Mama’ Alia Bhatt shares the first pic after the birth of her daughter
On Tuesday, the Dear Zindagi actor took to her Instagram handle and shared a photo of herself. In the image, Alia can be seen blurred in the background, while the click focuses on a cup reading ‘mama’. Captioning the photo post, the actress wrote, ‘it’s me’, followed by a yellow heart emoticon.
Within a couple of hours, the photo post managed to garner thousands of likes. Her fans took over the comments section and showered love on her. While many wished for Alia’s well-being, a section of them requested the actress to share a glimpse of her newborn. Meanwhile, many stars from the fraternity also reacted to the post including Tiger Shroff, Manish Malhotra, Zoya Akhtar, and Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan, among many others.
For the unversed, the Gully Boy actress gave birth to a baby girl on November 6. During the special screening of Uunchai, Soni Razdan had said, “We are just very very thankful and grateful that everything has gone off well. Baby is good, and the mother is good. Everybody is safe. Yeh sab dar hota hai jab kisi ko bacha hota hai (It creates a little bit of fear when someone is going to deliver a child). This is what we all prayed for, everything should be okay.”
