When it comes to gearing up for the characters, Patralekhaa is renowned for going above and beyond. The actress is learning to ride bike to get in shape for the role that she will be playing in her upcoming movie, which is about a road trip and examines the complexities of female friendships.
Patralekhaa picks up biking for her next project
Sharing her experience of learning how to ride a bike, she stated, “It has been a thrilling experience so far! Riding a bike had been on my to-do list for a long time, and it was liberating to finally be able to do it.” The actress also shared how riding a bike or to know how to ride any vehicle is important for every woman. She said “I feel every woman should know how to ride a bike or drive a car. It makes you feel independent and empowered.”
Patralekhaa has been in a relationship with actor Rajkummar Rao since 2010. On November 15, 2021, the couple got married in a traditional Hindu wedding at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort in Chandigarh, India.
On the professional front, Patralekhaa made her Hindi film debut with CityLights and has since appeared in movies like Love Games and Nanu Ki Jaanu. Positive reviews had been given to Patralekhaa’s portrayal of Sanghamitra in the web series Aar Ya Paar, which also featured Ashish Vidyarthi, Aditya Rawal, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and Aasif Sheikh. The actress is featuring alongside Pankaj Tripathi in Gulkanda Tales, a Luv Ranjan production. She also has a biography of Savitribai Phule, starring alongside Pratik Gandhi, directed by Ananth Narayan Mahadevan, Produced by Dr. Raj Kishor Khaware, Pranay Chokshi, Saurabh Varma, Utpaal Acharya, Anuya Chauhan Kudecha and Ritesh Kudecha, is slated to release in 2023.
