After Clemson’s 48-20 win over Louisiana Tech on Saturday night at Memorial Stadium, The Clemson Insider reached out to various Tigers commits and other prospects to get their reactions to the team’s latest win.

KingJoseph Edwards, 2024 four-star defensive end/tight end, Buford (Georgia): “Very good. I’m not surprised. From their first game, they have been strong in defense and have been doing well in attack. Very well done.
Ben Roebuck, 2024 four-star offensive lineman, St. Edward (Lakewood, OH.): “I absolutely love the atmosphere. The stadium was packed and it was a great experience.
David Izzi Special, 2024 four-star running back, North Cobb (Kennesaw, Ga.): “Great, well-played game. Joe Ngata is really starting to catch on with that.
Drew Woodaz, 2024 three-star linebacker, Jesuit (Tampa, Fla.): “It was great to see my brother (freshman Wade Woodaz) play and see a lot of young kids come out and help them win.
Ian Flint, 2024 three-star tight end, Taylor (Katy, TX): “It was a great game. La Tech was very competitive most of the game, but no one could control Clemson’s offense. DJ (Uyagalelei) really knows how to rock!”
Blake Frazier, 2024 offensive lineman, Vandegrift (Austin, TX): “I thought it was a great win. They played a great game, started off scoring slowly but were unstoppable as the offense rolled. I think it’s amazing that everyone is wearing gray to support the Bracey family. It is definitely very good. “
Mason Fortune, 2024 quarterback, Millbrook (Raleigh, NC): “It was a great win. He picked it up in the second half. La Tech is a strong team. I hope to go down and see a game in the next few weeks.
Israel Boyce, 2024 Defensive Back, College Park (Ga.) Douglas County: “They dominated at all levels, special teams, defense and offense! The defense holds them and the offense scores.
Steven O’Dell, 2024 offensive lineman, Broome (Spartanburg, SC): “I loved it there. The atmosphere was amazing. The new lights were awesome and the new video board was great. Before the game I saw some of the new things they built at the football facility. They have what you want as a player. I’m going to talk to Coach (Thomas) Austin again. We need to talk about how my season went and how theirs went. The food was a good pre-game. It was a great experience all around. The O-line did a great job last night. They didn’t allow any sacks and had a great game overall. The defense played well, giving up like 20 rushing yards. It was a good team win.”
John Simmons, 2025 wide receiver, Myrtle Beach (S.C.): “I enjoyed every second of it (Saturday night). That was the best football atmosphere I’ve ever been in. I like it here. Go Tigers!”
