“The living conditions of the animals have been neglected for some time,” police said.

As of Friday, the dogs were doing well and receiving the care they needed. The shelter says the animals need a special and expensive diet. Donations are always appreciated.Especially hoses, cleaners, laundry detergent and nitrile test gloves.

The owners and employees of the business were not located during the search warrant, but have been identified and the case will be turned over to the county district attorney, police said.
