A new electronics repair shop, Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions, at 6 N. Fair Ave. in Yakima. (Across from Target next to Pizza Hut) Opened July 22nd.
With more than 750 stores across the United States, the business offers professional repairs for most types of computer electronics, including smartphones, tablets, computers, game consoles, smart speakers, drones and more.
Basic repairs, such as cracked screens, battery problems and water damage, can be completed in 45 minutes or less, Alex Smithey, Asurion Tech’s maintenance and solutions district manager, said in a news release.
Both simple and complex technology-related problems can be fixed by the store’s technicians, regardless of make or model, and Asurion is an authorized repair provider for Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel smartphones, Smith said.
