Another Cincinnati business was hit by a vehicle.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – For the third time this week, a Cincinnati business has been hit by a vehicle.

In any case, no one was hurt.

The latest incident was reported late Thursday at the Agape Cafe at Wetzel and Bramble streets in Madisonville, District 2 police said.

Two Over-the-Rhine businesses were damaged by vehicles:

  • On Tuesday, a Nissan Titan pulled into the front door of a fish bar in Alabama.
  • After a driver plowed through the sidewalk tables at Sundry and Vice at 13th and Republican streets Thursday, a permanent outdoor dining area, called “Managers,” will stop.

City officials have been focusing on pedestrian safety after several people were killed by vehicles recently, including a University of Cincinnati student who died and one of her classmates was seriously injured while walking in a crosswalk.

On Wednesday, the Cincinnati City Council passed legislation to create an in-house pedestrian safety staff to help speed up pedestrian safety projects.
