Convergent, a global leader in service-based systems integration, has announced the acquisition of MVP Tech, a leading security and IT systems contractor that has served private enterprise and government clients for the past two decades. The acquisition will add more than 200 associates to Convergent and expand the company’s presence in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Middle East countries.
In the year Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Dubai, MVP Tech has three offices in the UAE and Iraq and plans to expand into KSA in the near future. The company’s diverse and international team consists of 80% technical individuals, with a proven track record in the industry, managing projects and the largest workforce in the market. MVP Tech’s mission is to deliver next-generation intelligence and connectivity across verticals such as critical infrastructure, hospitality, luxury retail and shopping centers, and energy infrastructure.
