Main Responsibilities:
– You, together with the Category Design Manager, will be fully responsible for the brand’s success, sales achievement and growth
– In cooperation with the Category Design Manager continuously improving the category: Points and improve the weaknesses in the category and the quality of the clothes. Participate in development equipment, provide proactive and focused input to ensure further manufacturing processes run smoothly
– Create 4 main collections and 2-4 express collections per year
– Trend research, including travel to major cities
– Create design style sheets according to the style budget, follow your ideas on the design sheet
– Ensuring compliance with design deadlines
– Work closely with the buying team and the design team
– Continuously improve fabric quality, fit and product to meet market demands
Requests:
– Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in fashion design is mandatory
– Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
– At least 3+ years of fashion design experience (menswear experience mandatory)
– Excellent in using Adobe Illustrator (a must), Photoshop and MS Office
– Very good business sense
– Good communication skills, team player and be good at expressing ideas
– Used to working with deadlines, and can work under pressure, well organized
