Exaktera acquires Advanced Illumination Inc. of Vermont

Vermont Business Magazine Exaktera LLC of Boston, a Union Park Capital portfolio company, announced the acquisition of Rochester, Vermont-based Advanced Illumination Inc., a long-established designer and manufacturer of specialty LED lighting assemblies for machine vision, industrial imaging, and bio-drivers.
