ALL fashion trends are not created equal, according to a chic coach – and some can make you look cheap.
On her TikTok account, where she posts content for women who want to dress more stylishly, Ana Reyes has listed the fashion trends she thinks should be ditched.

To get the ball rolling, in a TikTok video, Reyes said that wearing too many rings at once makes you look “cheap”, “tacky” and unstylish.
She showed an example with an image depicting someone wearing multiple large rings of different colors, with rhinestones attached to some of them.
The next trend Reyes covered was oversized graphic tees.
She noted that the outfit looks “childish” and “lazy”.
Reyes moved on to the next item on her hit list – sporting multiple hoops.
For fashionistas, wearing too many bracelets at the same time looks “childish and cheap” as well as “cluttered”.
Reyes’ last point of trouble was with baseball caps. She suggested that women look “masculine”.
Some of Reyes’ supporters left her positive words in her comments section.
“I love your account,” wrote one.
“I love your content so much,” added a second.
Other people didn’t take her opinions too well though, with one writing: “I don’t look stylish to go bowling, y’all won’t get these jeans and a graphic tee.”
“All of this may be true, but a reminder that you don’t look elegant [does not equal] they look bad. Sometimes elegant is boring. Wear the 12 bracelets. It’s fun,” said a second.
This prompted other TikTok users to come to Reyes’ defense.
“This is meant for women trying to bring out their feminine energy. Chic style. In no way is she trying to be mean,” wrote one.
“All crazy lol. This is meant for girls who want to be more feminine and classy,” pointed out a second.
“Everyone is just mad because this ‘style’ is in. In reality, it IS giving off a lot of high school vibes… Kid is the right word,” said a third.
“She’s a hyper-feminine content creator. Read the room. These are her thoughts and she’s not saying you can’t do what you want lol,” one recent person wrote.
